Practice Manager

Lauri came to work full time for the Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital in 1999, after working many years as a customer service/billing representative for a local company. Lauri works hard behind the scenes to help keep our hospital running smoothly. While not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, son and two dogs. Lauri is also an equestrian enthusiast and has two horses.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Terri obtained her veterinary technician degree from SUNY Delhi and started her career with Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital in 1986. Terri is our head technician and helps oversee nearly all of our surgical and hospitalized patients. While away from work, she enjoys family vacations with her husband and three children, watching football and baseball, and taking her two dogs for long walks.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Kim earned her veterinary technician degree from Northern Virginia Community College in 1990. She has been employed by the Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital since 1991. Kim's areas of interest are nursing and animal welfare. While away from work she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters. Kim has three cats and two dogs.

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Felicia received her veterinary technician degree from SUNY Delhi in 2013. She worked as a licensed veterinary technician for three and a half years in Herkimer, NY before deciding to move to the Syracuse area and join our team. Her interests in veterinary medicine include dentistry and internal medicine. In her spare time, Felicia enjoys relaxing outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling. Felicia has three cats and one dog. She also actively fosters pets with the local humane society.

Veterinary Assistant

Ashley started as a veterinary assistant with Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital in 2004. She is currently working on completing her veterinary technician degree and enjoys helping out with surgery and anesthesia. Her interests outside of work include dairy farming, showing draft horses and taking vacations on a beach. She has a Doberman named Khali.

Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant

Zach joined Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital after working for a claims representative for a major insurance company in Syracuse. He will often be the first person you speak to on the phone or see when you arrive at the practice. Outside of work, Zach enjoys staying physically active by running or swimming. He also serves as the assistant swim coach for LeMoyne College.

Stephanie started working as a receptionist for Fayetteville Veterinary Hospital in 2009. She really enjoys interacting with clients and their pets.  Stephanie also helps to manage our Facebook page, so she may be asking your permission to photograph your pets or share their story. Stephanie's husband and their two young boys keep her busy when she is not at the hospital. She has two cats named Magic and Mittens.

Animal Caretaker
Kayla is our head animal caretaker and has been with us since 2010. Kayla is passionate, knowledgeable and careful when it comes to animal handling, so she also doubles as a vet/tech assistant. Her hobbies include Powersports, cooking and working around her house with her boyfriend. Kayla has a cat named Bella and a bullmastiff named Budwiser.

Animal Caretaker
Rachel first started with the practice in 2011, and after moving away and coming back rejoined the team in September of 2016. Also working under a trainer at a doggy daycare, she takes a special interest in animal behavior. Outside of work Rachel enjoys hiking the beautiful New York landscapes, cheering on the Anaheim Ducks, and spending time with friends. Rachel currently has 4 cats; Simba, Laura Jane Grace, Fourvel, and Sylvia Plath.
